To have a sustaining physical and mental health you need to love your journey,
Do what’s convenient and suitable for you;
Learn and or hire someone you can learn from.
Start perceiving your food better by obtaining proper knowledge and not just believe everything you see on the internet.
Let people do them and you do you!
Always strengthen your base and progress accordingly. Do not force you body to do something that it can’t because PAIN ISN’T ALWAYS GAIN.
We all make mistakes, even me as a trainer.
